Entry by schedule
A card lets you in 30 minutes before your class and up to 20 minutes after it starts. One class deducts one session from the right membership; re-entry is free. Staff always pass.
Entry by QR
Forgot your card? Open My PIT on your phone and hold the QR to the turnstile scanner. Same rules: class window, session deduction, log.
Control from the CRM
“Always open” comes with an auto-close timer. Coaches can only use “Open”. Every pass is logged.
Card pairing by an admin
- The fighter taps a new card on the turnstile.
- The card appears in the CRM under “Today” right away.
- The admin types the fighter’s name — done. About 10 seconds.
Entrance screen
A greeting by name, PIT rating, remaining membership or “unlimited”, next class, lateness. Turkish, Russian, English.
No downtime
If the internet drops, it admits by the last list and syncs the passes later. Updates itself and rolls back on error. Installs on the gym’s existing turnstile.
